Delivery was 2 days late. You have no procedure for chasing up deliveries with your chosen courier so we’re totally unable to give any information as to when the delivery would arrive.I selected the box option for both items and they came in the same box when they were separate presents. The quality of service nowhere near matched up to the quality of product and furthermore I get the impression that that is not something you are concerned about. I sort of got the impression that we’ve had your money. Why should we care?
