Always can't get enough of their jewellery, Pandora regularly introduce lovely jewellery that looks amazing and last. I love treating myself in their sales and they are excellent for gifting. Good selection, quick delivery and they always package very well. I order and shop mainly online and in the Horsham branch. The lovely staff are always kind and helpful. X

I went online to purchase a gift for my son's partner. As he bought her a Pandora bracelet I decided to buy some charms. I didn't realise that they had mypandora. I joined and found the charm I wanted from Amazon was on offer. So I was able to buy her two charms for the price of one. They have a very wide range of jewellery, you really are spoilt for choice.
Received a message saying I would get next day delivery if I ordered before 4pm which I did. Only to see after the order was completed that it didn't apply to Scotland!
This is very disappointing and misconceving. These messages should not be sent to people if they can't have that service.
I have made multiple purchases from pandora and the items are always of high quality, however I pay for next day delivery but its never next day. So for future purchases im not paying NDD.

Unaware of what they were selling the new Bridgerton collection, even though they had full display.
Asked to see one of the rings, in that display and was told we don't sell it !!!
Told them they had it on display do we ? Where was that !!
I brought a charm for my mother’s birthday. It arrived in what appears to be a necklace box which is inappropriate for the gift.
After speaking to Pandora they have said that already it should have been sent in a charm box, I’d need to pay extra for premium packaging or go without?
Will be returning and ordering a different gift.
Pleased with the quality, I just wish they had a bit more diverse and creative designs. Other than that, always great experiences with their clerks, I usually buy jewelry in person.

My gift card expired 12 days ago and they refuse to do anything about it and said I have to just lose the £100 of my own money. For the sake of 12 DAYS!!!! No empathy whatsoever! disgusting, robbing company will never use again!!!!!!
Excellent service. Pandora was very efficient once I ordered online to delivery it was very quick. Plus I'm loving the new gift boxes which give it that extra expensive look. You knocked it out if the park Pandora. Thank you.
