Where's the expiry date?
I tried to purchase some charms in Croydon with some gift cards. One went through but the other didn't so I had to pay cash.
Contacted Pandora and was told the gift card had expired that's why it didn't work in the shop.
How was I to know it had expired there is no expiry date on the card?
Apparently when they are purchased from a store the customer is told the cards have a 1 year expiry date but if they are a gift to someone and they are not told to use them within a year how do you know when to use them up by.
I'm sure I'm not the only person who this has happened to
If you have any Pandora gift cards use them up or you will be out of pocket like I was.
