I paid for next day delivery for a last minute 18th Birthday present for my daughter. The whole point was to receive it the next day. 2 Days later and it still hasn't arrived. Refunded the delivery charge but don't really see how letting customers down makes that better. That and 10% off next purchase but only certain items...won't be returning.
