After nearly a decade of good service and just one claim, I've decided to discontinue my relationship with PYB. For a tech junkie like me, updating the policy to protect my kit wasn't totally unusual. The team would delete the old and add the new. Sometimes a better level of cover was called for. But with cover now nudging past £30 a month for some while, it was time to put things into perspective. It turned out I had items on cover that had since been decommissioned. The agent couldn't have been less interested in dealing with the enquiry. It was possibly more of an inconvenience than a reinvestment in customer retention.
