Reported a faulty item covered under 2 year extended guarantee. Luckily we had receipt - it was clear iron would have caught fire from overheating had someone not been nearby. They wanted photographs which is fair but then i had to call them again to find out the result of their investigation. It was at this point they agreed to replace it. A voucher would have been preferable or to pick up at a local store - i had to wait for a replacement to arrive over the xmas period - really not mindful of how inconvenient this is. Still waiting!
