We have a hand blender which we have used for maybe just over a year, and we are very disappointed as just it stopped working all of a sudden. No rhyme or reason. We’ve had other ones in the past, Moulinex and Braun which have gone on for much longer. Very disappointed with this product.

She explained the process, sent the relevant form for the warranty claim and had it approved all within 30 minutes. Fantastic customer service! Thank you

Disappointing experience with the product

I reached out to the company last week regarding my new toaster, which only lights up on some elements, but they showed no interest. This morning, it began to spark and smoke, which is alarming. I cannot recommend this brand's products to anyone. My next step will be to contact trading standards, as this seems to be a very dangerous product.

Concerns with a faulty item under extended warranty

I reported a malfunctioning item that was under a 2-year extended warranty. Thankfully, we had the receipt, as it was clear that the item posed a fire hazard due to overheating if not monitored. They requested photographs, which was reasonable, but I had to follow up for updates on their investigation. Eventually, they agreed to replace it. A voucher or local store pickup would have been more convenient, but I had to wait for the replacement during the holiday season, which was quite inconvenient. I'm still waiting!

The representatives I interacted with were incredibly supportive. They replaced my kettle with minimal hassle on my part. I can't find any faults in the service provided.
