Disappointingly when I invoked my guarantee for a broken product it took a long time to resolve (more than 3 weeks) and I was asked lots of questions and sometimes the same questions more than once.Then when I finally get a replacement, I am told my original guarantee stands and I can not start it again so I wonder what will happen if I get 2 years down the line and the same issue occurs. No guarantee and no further replacement.
