I scheduled a brain scan and paid at the time of booking. Soon after, I was informed that I needed to pay an extra amount for contrast imaging, which I did. I was given an appointment, but it was later canceled due to scheduling issues. After rebooking, I drove an hour only to find out they do not perform MRIs with contrast. Attempts to reach them for clarification were unsuccessful. I left without the imaging, feeling frustrated after wasting both money and time.
