I ordered a pair of leisure trousers which I thought would be delivered within the week. No !!! over 2 weeks later I still waited. I checked the tracking system to find out my parcel was in China??? No mention of China on the advert & a few days later 2 messages both with different times on the tracker that it had left a hub & was half way between China & Britain. Eventually it arrived via Yodel who never even rang my door bell so it was luck I found it. The quality of the product is poor, very thin material certainly not for winter wear. The price I paid in comparison was expensive. I thought about returning them but decided to use the trousers in the garden & decorating as I imagined it would be too long & tiring to try to get a refund. MY RECOMMENDATION----- DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMAPNY, SAVE YOUR MONEY & YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED.
