Just a scam. They sent me a products in condition that i cant gift. I tried to handle this with support, but i ve got only 10 pounds refund. i told them that i cant gift in that condition but noone cares, i have to buy another ones for a gift. Moreover i called on them and i was told thats no other option due to POLICY which i cant check bc its internal , and which is not under UK law so it violates it.
