I have been a member of SpaceNK for a few years now and I absolutely ADORE their whole company structure; the stores always feel luxurious, clean and well stocked with the best products. The range of brands they sell are premium and keep me returning.
I’m learning to be a Make Up Artist and it’s so important to have the opportunity to try out new products and as such, I must mention that the way they’ve organised their NDulge membership is the best; the rewards are always worth it so you can experiment with other products, there’s always an incentive to keep you coming back for more and I love that the staff are ever happy to provide you with a sample in store, so you can check if a new product is a good investment or not.
The packaging (little luxe paper bags with pink tissue paper and a thick lace tie up) is no only eco friendly but gorgeous and is beautiful enough that you don’t need to re-package it when giving gifts to loved ones or it just feels like a gift to yourself!
No other retailer is as streamlined or as efficient as this!
The most wonderful aspect of shopping with SpaceNK is the service is impeccable, no matter which store I’ve been in, whether it’s a high street from London to Guildford, Hampstead or online, I’ve ALWAYS been treated as a valuable customer. Countless times I’ve had the pleasure of having my makeup done in store when I needed a pick-me-up after becoming a new Mother (with no time to take care of myself in the early days!) with beautiful products that I then purchased or at a later time (by keeping them on my ‘wish list’).
I felt compelled to finally write this review after having spoken to James, over the phone at the customer service line, who helped to arrange the gift I was granted through the NDulge membership at absolutely no hassle, delivery cost or inconvenience. Truly, SpaceNK has continued to deliver an exceptional service and I hope will continue to do so indefinitely.
They have a very delighted, satisfied and loyal customer in me!
