I have completely lost faith in this company. My family has used their products for years, and I've been a loyal customer. However, after receiving a misleading email followed by an apology and a 'special offer,' I felt insulted. Treating customers as if they're foolish will only drive them away. Based on other reviews, I'm not the only one looking to shop elsewhere!
