My Spotlight toothpaste and Sonic toothbrush leave my teeth feeling cleaner and whiter.i have been using them for the last couple of months and find them much better then my previous brand.
I made a family order influenced by an article and reviews, but after seeing customer experiences elsewhere, I decided to return for a refund, which I’m glad I did. The support team managed the return process effectively, though I had to cover the postage. Additionally, the marketing team constantly inundates you with daily promotions, and the prices fluctuate more often than the stock market!
I have completely lost faith in this company. My family has used their products for years, and I've been a loyal customer. However, after receiving a misleading email followed by an apology and a 'special offer,' I felt insulted. Treating customers as if they're foolish will only drive them away. Based on other reviews, I'm not the only one looking to shop elsewhere!
I regret ordering a Sonic Toothbrush without checking reviews first, even though the ad was very convincing. I want to exercise my right to return it and the unopened 'free' whitening gel for a full refund. I await a response, preferably not from a bot, and will update my review accordingly. I'm willing to remove this once I return the products and get a full refund.

What a bunch of clowns. They change their prices constantly. I was about to buy a bundle with a new offer but noticed additional delivery charges at checkout. The previous day, the price was £3.95 higher with no delivery fee. The new offer included delivery charges, making the price the same. It's all quite misleading.
A COMPLETE SCAM!! I spent a lot on this product because I have sensitive gums, and it was supposedly dentist-recommended. However, I can't use it because it aggravates my gums and is unusable. Avoid if you have sensitive gums; it's a total waste of money.
