Was looking at ordering a toothbrush online and went through to checkout to see whether promo code would work. Clicking the apply code button then suddenly moved me to a new screen that said payment processing and completed. I emailed the customer care team straight away to cancel the erroneous order but they did not see the email quickly enough before the order was dispatched. I wasn't in to refuse the delivery and the customer care team now said I have to post the item back at my own expense, despite a website error causing the problem in the first place. Not impressed I'm out of pocket for a website error that wasn't my fault.
