Hmm, I have used the brush for 2 years. Always thought the replacement heads were expensive. Early Jan they had a promo so ordered 3 sets. They never arrived though! I must admit I forgot about that order until March. Started emailing and ringing the company - ZERO response! I submitted a claim to my credit card company but really am interested in receiving those replacement brushes. To sum up - with this price level Spotlight should offer a decent customer service as currently they offer none.
