My experience with the service was incredibly disappointing! I ordered a mug that was listed as in stock on November 20th. When the shipper hadn't received it, I reached out multiple times via email but received no replies. On December 2nd, I called and learned the item was out of stock and couldn't be sent. This was my first and last encounter with the company. If premium prices are being charged, they need to ensure their backend processes are up to par. To make matters worse, during my call, I could hear laughter in the background, which felt completely unprofessional.
