Purchased a Stanley Valentines special edition 40oz cup. After 1 use and being hand washed (even though says dishwasher safe) the cup has started to peel from the top. Company states a lifetime warranty, which has proven to be a JOKE. Sent pictures and was advised that this would not be covered under warranty as was not their problem. How would this not be a problem with the materials that was used to produce the cup? All I can say is these are nothing but overpriced JUNK!!
Purchased 6 battery driven tools in the last 5 years. An impact driver and drill combo, grinder, reciprocating saw, multi tool and jigsaw. The only item still working is the grinder which I purchased in the last 12 months (but hold my breath every time I use it).
All stopped working in the last 4 months while I have been using them at home. The jigsaw and reciprocating saw broke just after warranty period, while the multi tool is waiting at our local Mitre 10 store for the Stanley rep. I would expect these tools to last longer than a few years. I now have 4 batteries for 1 tool. It has been a very disappointing experienced given Stanley one stood for quality. I would not buy again
I placed an order for a tumbler on December 2nd as a gift, and it still hasn't arrived. There has been no tracking information or estimated delivery date provided. This was meant to be a Christmas present. The communication has been very lacking; I've emailed multiple times without receiving a response, leaving me feeling frustrated and in the dark. It's now December 28th, and I genuinely hesitate to order anything again. The product's value is high due to its uniqueness, but the service has been extremely unprofessional.

The following day, I received a response at 9:29 AM stating, "Unfortunately, your order has already been fulfilled. Once fulfilled, we are no longer able to cancel or modify the orders. Please note, we offer free returns. You can start your return here." This left me with a loss of £4.95 for the delivery charge due to their unreasonable policy. The order still hasn't been dispatched, highlighting their poor customer experience, especially considering the high prices they charge. One would expect much better service from a company.

This was my first and last encounter with the company. If premium prices are being charged, they need to ensure their backend processes are up to par. To make matters worse, during my call, I could hear laughter in the background, which felt completely unprofessional.

I am very dissatisfied with the personalized order I received last week! The quality of the personalization is appalling, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The customer service is equally poor; I waited a long time for a response, only to be told there was no issue when there clearly was. They even included a cheerful message in their reply! For a brand that presents itself as premium, I've had better quality personalization from other retailers. Why pay so much for such low quality and service? This needs urgent attention!
I've been trying to get assistance for my order that was lost in transit. The carrier advised me to contact the sender, but that's not possible with the company. I've provided detailed information and sent several emails but have received no response. I'm out £225, and my money is gone. Customer service has done nothing to address this issue. If this continues, I will have to escalate it with my bank. It's unfortunate because their support team used to be reliable, but things have drastically declined.
The customer service via email or online submission is terrible for handling failed orders. However, I highly recommend leaving a negative review on their social media posts. They responded to me via direct message and addressed my email within 10 minutes after three weeks of no response.
After numerous emails, the company finally addressed my complaint and sent out another cup without hesitation! My original order was lost in transit. It would be beneficial to have a clear and direct customer service email address for customers. I appreciate receiving the new cup quickly, and my daughter is thrilled with it and loves the color! I only gave 4 stars due to the frustration I faced trying to escalate my lost order.
