I placed an order online at 8:51 PM, only to find out from my daughter that she had already purchased the tumbler as a gift. I emailed to cancel the order at 9:13 PM. The next morning, I received a response stating that the order had already been fulfilled and could not be canceled or modified. This left me out of pocket for the delivery charge due to their unreasonable policy. The order still hasn't been shipped, highlighting their poor customer experience, especially given the high prices they charge.
