I am very dissatisfied with the personalized order I received last week! The quality of the personalization is appalling, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The customer service is equally poor; I waited a long time for a response, only to be told there was no issue when there clearly was. They even included a cheerful message in their reply! For a brand that presents itself as premium, I've had better quality personalization from other retailers. Why pay so much for such low quality and service? This needs urgent attention!
