I placed an online order at 8:51 PM, only to find out from my daughter at 9:13 PM that she had already purchased the tumbler as a gift. I emailed to request a cancellation right after. The following day, I received a response at 9:29 AM stating, "Unfortunately, your order has already been fulfilled. Once fulfilled, we are no longer able to cancel or modify the orders. Please note, we offer free returns. You can start your return here." This left me with a loss of £4.95 for the delivery charge due to their unreasonable policy. The order still hasn't been dispatched, highlighting their poor customer experience, especially considering the high prices they charge. One would expect much better service from a company.
