This was meant to be a Christmas present. The communication has been very lacking; I've emailed multiple times without receiving a response, leaving me feeling frustrated and in the dark. It's now December 28th, and I genuinely hesitate to order anything again. The product's value is high due to its uniqueness, but the service has been extremely unprofessional.
