Hallothe company's employees lied that my parcel had arrived. Within one day I received three different and completely contradictory messages from them regarding my parcel.They told me to go around my the neighbors and ask about the parcel and when I looked at the link they sent me, it turned out that they had sent it to a completely different town in the UK. When I looked at the link they added to me as confirmation of receipt, it turned out that instead of sending it to Chester, they sent it to Northampton.And they didn't want to verify it or give me my money back.I don't recommend That company. The service is totally a joke.I regret I choose that Company but never ever again.
