Hallothe company's employees lied that my parcel had arrived. Within one day I received three different and completely contradictory messages from them regarding my parcel.They told me to go around my the neighbors and ask about the parcel and when I looked at the link they sent me, it turned out that they had sent it to a completely different town in the UK. When I looked at the link they added to me as confirmation of receipt, it turned out that instead of sending it to Chester, they sent it to Northampton.And they didn't want to verify it or give me my money back.I don't recommend That company. The service is totally a joke.I regret I choose that Company but never ever again.
Do not buy from this company!! They just lie about your order comming. You payed all right, but you will never receive your order. I wonder if there is an international Court room dealing with this that can get tid of this companies, stealing our money..
I would give this company no stars!! I have waited 3 weeks for my delivery and still no sign of it - I tried to track and it’s now saying there’s a customs amount to pay! I can’t even find out where the parcel is!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
Quite frankly the website itself is quite good, not excellent though. I ordered couple of products from Comsedix and one from Timeless. The prices are lower than in the UK websites. BUT for those who are in the UK the parcel takes at least two weeks to arrive, I have waited for 2 weeks. Also they are using Yodel as a courier. It was one of the most stressful days. Yodel lost my parcel and absolutely no one wanted to take responsibility for that. Strawberrynet.com although replied quite quickly, were not helpful at all. Half of the message is automated and they kept saying check with Aramex, which I believe is the company that delivers their products to the UK and then Yodel comes in play. And Aramex website can’t process customer enquiries, tried 5 times, couldn’t reach them. Next time I would rather order the same brands from Skincity and official Timeless UK website. I would overpay but get in timely manner and without stressing that Yodel once again will loose my parcel. My honest recommendation is choose carefully delivery companies that you are working with as this aspect really ruins the whole customer experience. Even Hermès delivery which is also quite bad does a better job than Yodel.
Site appears to be UK based - prices shown in £.Cosmetic products hit with VAT and Royal Mail handling charges similar to other reviews.Customer Help line seems to be in Hong Kong, goods despatched from Sweden ... who are these people?.Tell your friends !
I was charged £18.60 by Royal Mail for VAT and handling before they would deliver my packet. Until September 2019 strawberrynet usually reimbursed these costs - now they don't. They should add VAT to uk orders in their headline prices and not try to deceive customers.
Buyers be very careful of handling fees!!! ordered eyelash curlers at a cost of £16.50. I was aware of a £10 delivery charge and agreed to pay as they are no longer available in the UK. I was then charged a further £11.20 customs fee before Royal Mail would release them which resulted in me paying a total of £37.70. Always try UK websites first they may seem more expensive but you will end up paying far more in shipping and custom costs purchasing from abroad.
