Quite frankly the website itself is quite good, not excellent though. I ordered couple of products from Comsedix and one from Timeless. The prices are lower than in the UK websites. BUT for those who are in the UK the parcel takes at least two weeks to arrive, I have waited for 2 weeks. Also they are using Yodel as a courier. It was one of the most stressful days. Yodel lost my parcel and absolutely no one wanted to take responsibility for that. Strawberrynet.com although replied quite quickly, were not helpful at all. Half of the message is automated and they kept saying check with Aramex, which I believe is the company that delivers their products to the UK and then Yodel comes in play. And Aramex website can’t process customer enquiries, tried 5 times, couldn’t reach them. Next time I would rather order the same brands from Skincity and official Timeless UK website. I would overpay but get in timely manner and without stressing that Yodel once again will loose my parcel. My honest recommendation is choose carefully delivery companies that you are working with as this aspect really ruins the whole customer experience. Even Hermès delivery which is also quite bad does a better job than Yodel.
