It's a scam and I had horrible experience with this company. I place an order on 16/12/2017 but until today (11/01/2018), I still haven't received anything and I couldn't track anything according the order number they provided.. When I contacted the customer service, they insist that it takes 14 working days to deliver and it's not 14 days yet. I'm not sure how they calculate days. But at least their website promises 4-6 days delivery for major cities. I live in center London which I assume is major city. But the customer service seems consider center London as rural areas which need more time to reach. It's just their excuse and I really doubt whether they send the items I order and they just take you money and make all kinds of excuses not sending anything
