I am very unhappy with this company and would strongly advise anyone thinking of buying from them to use a different supplier, preferably one in the U.K. Do not be tempted by discounted prices as I was.I placed an order on the 14th of February on the basis that it would arrive within 14 working days and in the hope it would arrive well before then. I am still waiting for this item having written to them several times now. I have received several replies, one of which suggested I contact Customs and Royal Mail, which I have, who have advised me they do not have the item. It is evident their tracking system is not suitable for international delivery. I wrongly assumed they had a warehouse in the UK with their misleading website.My latest email to StrawberryNet in which I insisted they look into the matter now or issue a prompt refund, and as the sender complete a missing parcel claim which was what Royal Mail advised, now advises that I wait yet another seven days... Strawberrynet has my money but I do not have the item. Very disappointing and frustrating.
