I had a fairly large order, part of which I wanted for a birthday present. It says that they typically process orders in 2-3 days. When I queried where my order was, I was told that part of it was unavailable and do they withheld the whole order. Like another reviewer has commented, this company is disguising itself as a UK company when actually it receives its goods from China. If I had known this, I wouldn’t have ordered from them as I needed the order by a certain date.I have yet again contacted the company to see where my order is as it has now been over 2 weeks with no update on delivery.I am extremely disappointed and will not be using the company again.
