Order not delivered after over two weeks

I had a fairly large order, part of which I wanted for a birthday present. It says that they typically process orders in 2-3 days. When I queried where my order was, I was told that part of it was unavailable and do they withheld the whole order. Like another reviewer has commented, this company is disguising itself as a UK company when actually it receives its goods from China. If I had known this, I wouldn’t have ordered from them as I needed the order by a certain date.I have yet again contacted the company to see where my order is as it has now been over 2 weeks with no update on delivery.I am extremely disappointed and will not be using the company again.

Printing

Printing on Aida is terrible. Glad it came with a chart as you cannot follow on canvas. Plus colours between the two do not match, orange in chart and red in canvas.

Good quality fabric and threads

Good quality fabric and threads. Pattern was damaged on receipt, but replaced on request. Delivery quite slow as sent from China, but good value for money.

Wrong thread but quickly sorted out!

When I opened one of my kits and sorted the threads I realised that there was an incorrect thread. I got in touch and once we had established the right kit and code that was missing was sent the right thread in order to complete my kit correctly. Was incredibly helpful and didn’t feel like it was too much bother.
