Purchased a mattress from the Braintree store in the Sales after Christmas. Was contacted to arrange delivery on 9th January. Called back on 12th January and was advised only deliver monday to friday. I informed them the first date someone would be available to accept the delivery was 12th February as had annual.leave already booked. No further communication from them. Called first thing on 12th February to be told - no deliveries in your area today and can't deliver till next week. No one has anymore leave. The logistics company won't sort anything else our. Tempur customer services won't help as wàs bought in a store. Store not able to help and they can't process a refund today as the manager is not there. Totally useless company. Have left a disabled person with no mattress, no refund and no resolution. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
