Waiting for 3 x £30 Amazon vouchers for months. Every time I contact them they tell me it’s solved and close the ticket. It isn’t solved. They owe me for work I’ve done for them. Completing surveys is work for which they need to pay me. Clearly they have huge issues as dozens of people are saying they haven’t been paid. It can’t be a staffing issue as they could just set up automatic digital payments as other survey companies do. It must, therefore, be cashflow issues. Have they run out of money? I’m predicting they’ll start closing people’s accounts before long, claiming people have violated their terms or some other poor reason, just to avoid paying people. They must owe thousands in rewards vouchers to their hardworking survey completers. It’s a scandal.
