I left a review, on here, about rewards dating back to the 19th of October still not being paid, along with rewards from the 13th and 27th of November, totalling £70. I’ve put in several tickets and got fobbed off, saying my rewards are being processed. I received a reply on here, from Toluna, stating to basically put a ticket in, so they could look at this in more detail, which I did. I put a screenshot with the ticket, and it was marked as solved with no response from them whatsoever! Absolutely diabolical. I have a feeling I will now get blocked and will never receive my reward payouts.
