I placed my order on February 23 and have still not received it or any proper update; this delay is unacceptable. I need an immediate status update with tracking details or a full refund without further delay. If this issue is not resolved within 48 hours, I will proceed with a chargeback through my bank and escalate the matter further against Trapstar London.
