Really just frustrated and upset.
My son does like the trapstar brand. The clothing g itself is not great quality and remind me of buying a tracksuit from nine elms market, but the coats can be high quality. I havn't been able to return 3 items, one was lost in the mail so im having to make a claim as it read 'undeliverable' I visited the return address and there is nothing there. Customer service is non existent. Literally you make enough money! I've worked in Customer service management for 10years I could turn yiur reviews round in a month..... this is wild!
Placed an order on the 26th of December. My order still hasn’t came and I haven’t received anything about a delay. Please provide a clear update on the status/arrival date of my full order and a confirmed dispatch date and or I will be refunding.

Update: After I posted my review, I was contacted directly by the new Head of Operations. He apologised for the delay and personally ensured that my refund was processed. The money has now arrived in my account.
I appreciate the effort to resolve the issue and hope customer communication continues to improve moving forward.

After my review I was contacted by their Head of Operations, Deshawn, who explained that they have an internal logistics issue and they will start shipping out orders as soon as possible. He was also kind enough to give me a refund on my shipping fees.
Customer service is horrid, sent 3 emails out of those 3 I got a reply to 1, and they said the same thing that’s written on their site (delivery takes up to 20 working days). Ordered a tracksuit on the 9th of January which was a pre-order set to dispatch on the 23rd of January. It’s currently the 2nd of March and I don’t have a clue where my order is.

I placed an order with Trapstar TS1629393 in November and I still haven’t received my package. It has now been months with no clear update or proper communication from their customer service. This is extremely disappointing, especially considering the reputation and prices of the brand.
I’ve tried reaching out multiple times but haven’t received any helpful response. Waiting this long for an order without transparency is unacceptable. I would not recommend ordering from Trapstar if you expect reliable delivery and customer service.

This is the second review for the same order I was told I would be updated on my delivery it’s been almost 2 months since I ordered and 14 days since it was supposedly supposed to be despatched at this point I just want either my jacket or my money back preferably the jacket I bought this is ridiculous TS1624797
I ordered on 5th Jan for pre order to dispatch on 19th Jan however it did not. I messaged Trapstar on instagram and received a response that it will dispatch on 29th Jan, it did not. I messaged again and they said it will be dispatched in the next week, it did not. I have messaged them twice since and received the exact same copy and paste message which does not help me understand when I will actually receive my order. They have also ignored my last 3 messages after that. it is now 28th February, almost 2 months since I ordered and it has still not arrived and i doubt it ever will at this point. My order number is TS1624636. Terrible.
I placed my order on November 30th 2025, and have only received half the clothes. When I ordered, the dispatch date on the website was the 18th of December at the LATEST. It’s now 3 months after ordering and I’m still waiting. I’ve sent 4 emails to customer support, but haven’t gotten a reply. This service is not good enough. My order number is #TS1607392. My issue has been resolved by the new operations manager Deshawn. He is very helpful and told me that my item has been delayed by a logistics issue. He also refunded me the cost of shipping.
I made an order back in November 2025 totalling £96.45 (order #TS1601469). First of all first part of the order arrived on 22nd December 2025 and the second item in the order arrived on 27th January 2026. I returned both (had to separately due to 14 day refund policy - and had to pay shipping for this). However I still have received no refund and no emails back. Please email me back ASAP.
I am currently still waiting for 3 orders, 2 of which were preorders but have now gone past the preorder date so they should have been dispatched now. I have not heard any news or updates and I have made these orders since December and mid January. I emailed 5 days ago asking for an update and was told I would hear back in 48 hours. I have not received any reply. Can someone tell me what’s going on with my orders?

Update: Big thanks to Deshawn, head of operations for contacting me quickly after my complaint and sorting out my orders. Trapstar is my favourite brand so I have no negative opinions against it even after this issue. I will still be ordering items moving forward.
