Doubt my review even matters at this point and it’s quite clear they don’t care about any of their customers concerns. Ordered a jacket on 28th November which was part of the new Black Friday drop. 7-12 days like they told us, no update on any shipping at all and got no response to emails sent. They then sent a lot of people the same email mid December saying they don’t have any idea when they would be able to ship it and said if you don’t want to wait then you can request a refund. Very strange they would lead their whole new drop with these puffer jackets and then have no idea when they can ship them. At the same time they are emailing ‘Christmas guarantee delivery’ , new drops, more discount codes and getting influencers to stream and promote them. Eventually it was not on my shop app anymore and since requesting a refund and trying to contact them for the last month, I’ve had no response at all.Baffles me how they are able to rob and ignore their customers and get away with this. Will have to try and get my money back through my bank now and won’t ever be buying from them again. Don’t be fooled by the desperate discount codes they are sending out.
