updating my review to 3 stars to say i finally got my full refund,;for all items. Customer service needs to respond to mails and let people know their refund is coming. i had to make all sorts of threats, going to small court; and all that legal stuff, before getting a response and my money back. Order 3 things within 5 days time period, all came around the 22nd. On the 28th I went to go return all of them because my son didn’t like it because it didn’t fit. By jan 2nd everything had been returned except I hadn’t gotten a refund. So I email and email and email trapstar, but guess what; no response. This has to be the worst customer service and I’m going to take legal action. Some useless company
