I ordered a hoodie from Trapstar, returned it because I wanted a refund, and was told I would receive my money within 7–10 days.It has now been OVER A MONTH, and I still haven’t received anything. No refund, no explanation, nothing.Even worse, they have completely stopped responding to my messages. This is absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional.Holding customers’ money, lying about refund timelines, and then ghosting them is straight-up scam behavior.If you can’t handle refunds properly, you shouldn’t be running a business. I will never order from Trapstar again and I strongly warn others to think twice unless you enjoy chasing your own money.EDIT: They finally returned my money back like 2 days ago. But the support is just terrible they didnt say anything just out of nowhere ruturned money. After nearly 3 months.
