Let’s be honest doesn’t even deserve the one star. Ordered many items and all justSeemed stuck on confirmed. I emailed after a month of hearing nothing got told two out of the 10 items were pre ordered and they moved the pre ordered day to 20 days later. I asked to send none pre order items and I’d wait for pre order. Heard nothing. Then one by one pre orders came but not the none pre orders. Emailed loads sent fb messages nothing. Today raised dispute with bank within 5 mins money was refunded. It’s funny they keep emailing may times a day with offers and grantee for Xmas delivery however can’t deliver items from 40 days ago
