Imagine saying 90% off for 10 minutes then cancelling the orders that you get within that time frame. I was a legit customer who's ordered from them before and been happy but to cancel orders that come through when you send an email out saying 90% off is wack. Lost future custom. Don't set the discount if you can't take the losses.
