I’m not surprised to see so many negative reviews on here about this company. I returned an item in August and I’m still awaiting a refund. Initially, they did respond to emails but after sending all of the evidence of return they required, they’re now not responding. So frustrating and really shoddy service. One to avoid at all costs!
