Title: The Worst Customer Service I’ve Ever ExperiencedReview:I ordered a hoodie from Trapstar London over a month ago and never received it. I contacted their customer support at least five times, and despite their promise to reply “within 48 hours,” no one ever responded — not in 48 hours, not even in a week.Their so-called customer service exists only for show — it’s completely useless. They don’t care about their customers at all. Thankfully, I managed to get my money back through PayPal, but it’s honestly the worst shopping experience I’ve ever had.Trapstar, if you can’t handle basic communication or respect the people who trust your brand, you don’t deserve those customers. Absolutely disappointing.
