Placed an order over a week ago and had to chase as no dispatch email received. Received an automated email to say they would respond within 48-hours, after 72-hours and no response I again chased via email and web chat, ultimately to be told that they have logistic delays and can’t give me and expected delivery date, basically, it will get to you when it gets to you. Absolutely disgusting. Save yourself the hassle and buy another brand
