HORRIFIC COMPANY HORRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE HORRIFIC RESPONSE TIMES TO EMAILS PLACED AN ORDER 28th may 2025 today is 3rd July 2025 n I still didn’t receive my order (that btw was bits for my sons birthday) have emailed their customer service god knows how many times just to be ignored! seems like the only person in customer service is Fabian n he’s clearly over worked, as at this point in time he doesnt even reply to my complaints just STRAIGHT AIR he must have 5 emails from me that he didn’t even think should get a reply. THEY BASICALLY SOLD ME ITEMS THEY CLEARLY DIDNT EVEN HAVE WHICH WERE PAID FOR THEN HAVE THE CHEEK TO SAY THEY ARE ON THE WAY….where from I wonder china maybe I did actually ask and again obvs got ignored. All I can say is don’t waste your time or money it’s not worth the headache
