Been a regular customer for many years never had an issue until recently when I ordered a few bits for holiday. Waited over a week and nothing arrived so I tried talking to the chatbot but was never no reply. Tried sending over 10 emails in the next consecutive days with no replies nothing. I messaged on all social media platforms where I finally got a reply after 4 weeks. It never even had an apology or anything. They said it was a pre order for the items I had selected so I opted for a refund which has now taken over 10 days and still nothing, I received an email saying refund has been processed but nothing has come into my bank. I don’t get how such a brand has fell off and is concentrating more on advertising on social media then looking after existing customers shame! Giving away free this free that but the amount of unhappy customers I have seen and the brand doesn’t even care?!
