Bad experience for sure

If I could go less than one star I would. The communication is so poor it’s really letting your company down. Don’t believe the 7 to 13 working days on delivery. I waited a month and a half for my order. I didn’t receive part of my order only to be told a long time after that a stock rotation error meant I wouldn’t get something. I had to write continuous emails trying to get answers. Wasn’t given an option to replace the item was told I’m getting a refund. Because it was a company error I didn’t get no extras nothing. What makes me laugh at the same time I ordered off trapstar I ordered my new passport. That came a lot sooner than clothes did. Trapstar need to step up there game because you’ll loose customers. And judging by previous reviews I think it says a lot !!!!
