I had the same experience as many people explained on here.Ordered an item 18 April, was advised on the way, never arrived. Advised having supplier problems. Asked for refund... no response.Contacted bank mid-May, as paid via credit card. Sent evidence for dispute of all correspondence - I screened shot online chat, all emails sent, no contact, etc.Money received within 3 days and an email from trapstar stating refund issued.If you've paid by credit card, whether through Google Pay etc, see if you've got Section 75, although the rule states items over £100, mine was £87 and they still refunded me.
