I very rarely leave reviews good or bad. However, this company has been by far the worst I have dealt with for both customer service, updates and blatant disregard for customer experience. Order placed on the 19th April with a despatch time of 7-12 working days for my son who was going on holiday. It’s now the 13th May and apparently it’s still preparing to despatch. I phoned the number on the order receipt and the number was apparently out of service. Online there’s a mobile (rang out and messages ignored). I eventually received a response on the 8th may saying this “ 7 May 2025, 18:24 BSTHello sorry we have been having some delays with our orders, I can guarantee your item will arrive soon.What an absolute joke. Do not use this company they are scammers. 6 weeks to get money back from the bank or wait another month to get a t shirt I paid for almost a month ago. Lose loseTRAPSTAR LONDON - UTTER SCAM
