Ordered 3 items 30 Dec - emailed their Support/Customer Services to cancel/refund one of the items before they were dispatched. Was asked to provide all the details.....then nothing!! Ended up receiving the item I wanted to cancel. Since then, I have been unable to access my account and when I click on the view my order - it says the webpage has issues or has permanently moved. I have emailed their Support about 10 times and no-one is getting back to me, just tried chat bot...no-one comes on there either. Got another email from them asking me to give all my details, supplied them, as yet still nothing! Now stuck with an expensive unwanted item.
