Terrible customer service. A top I got for my son for Christmas did not fit. The item was not true to size and was tiny for an XXL. I contacted them numerous times via email (3 times) and webchat (4 times) to ask if I could return for a refund or exchange, never received a reply to any. I therefore returned the item with tracking ant a cost and still have not received the refund over 10 days from when they received the item back. Now received an email saying they will not refund or replace and that I have to arrange for the item to be collected from them by a trusted courier. I have spent a lot of money in the past with Trapstar and placed 3 orders over the Christmas period at a cost of over £350. I will not order again and Trapstar you have lost a valued customer. I have also not received promotional items that were included in some clothing bought in December under a CRG collaboration. I warn anyone about ordering from Trapstar.
