On December 26, 2024, I placed an order with Trapstar London but did not receive the confirmation email mentioned in their FAQs, which state: “An order confirmation email will be sent a few minutes after your purchase.” Concerned about this, I reached out to their support team via email on the same day. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive any response or acknowledgment from them, and as of January 3, 2024, there has been no update on my order or confirmation email. Thankfully, I used PayPal for the transaction, which allows me to request a refund easily. A word of caution: AVOID PAYING BY CARD on their site—stick to payment methods like PayPal that offer straightforward refund options. Absolutely, horrible service by TrapStar!
